Hello, and thank you for visiting.

I’m a relational, integrative counsellor offering a warm, calm and respectful space in Monmouth where you can feel heard, supported, and free to share whatever you’re carrying.

My approach is shaped by values of autonomy, genuineness, integrity, and kindness. I believe in meeting you where you are, and working together in a way that honours your pace and priorities.

At the heart of my work is a strong, empathetic therapeutic relationship where awareness, healing, and meaningful change can unfold.

Drawing from humanistic, psychodynamic, existential and CBT models, I tailor each session to what feels most helpful for you - whether that’s gentle exploration, using practical tools, or sitting with something difficult to better understand it.

  • Humanistic, which values your unique experience and inner capacity for growth
  • Psychodynamic and existential approaches, which explore deeper patterns, meaning, and how your past may shape your present
  • CBT tools and techniques, which can support you with managing difficult thoughts, behaviours, and emotions in practical ways.
